The Space
This thoughtfully renovated Kottage is located on the 2nd floor of a single-family home. This unit provides a private bedroom, bathroom, and living room for guests to enjoy, w/ light use of the house kitchen located on the 1st fl. This kottage is completely shut off from the rest of the house by a door at the base of the stairs leading to the kitchen and is very quiet. The first floor is home to our Golden Oak Kottage and available to host 1-2 guest as well with light use of the house kitchen.
This Kottage includes 1 queen bed and 1 very comfortable pull-out twin sleeper. A total of 3 guests are comfortable here. Both beds are located in the bedroom.
The spacious bathroom offers a soaking, slipper tub, plus a rain head shower enclosure, double vanity, and lots of warm and natural lighting.
Enjoy views of the sky and treetops from 2 very large skylights or watching television and movies in this cozy living room. Comfortable furnishings include an electric fireplace, sectional sofa, a large screen TV, and many more comforts.
Guests have access to the kitchen for light use only.
Guests enter into the kitchen and then proceed through another door to a private, 2nd-floor Kottage.

This home is designed to host guests in one of three ways: 1. Guests rent only the Douglas Fir Kottage ~ second-floor. 2. Guests rent only the Golden Oak Kottage ~ first floor. 3. Guests rent the White Pine Kottage, which is the entire home and includes both Douglas Fir and Golden Oak.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Kottage is located in a 2 story, single-family home featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on each level, and offers lots of living space as well as a custom-built kitchen. The outdoor space includes a screened-in porch, plus a spacious deck. Also included are 3 living rooms and a dining room. Guests renting this unit do not have access to the basement unless in the case of an extended stay for use of the washer/dryer.
