Our W. Main Kottages are located on the edge of both the Historic Stuart Neighborhood and West Main Hill Neighborhood, on the beautiful campus of Kalamazoo College, only a half mile from the Downtown District. This 3 unit property is home to 3 of Kara's Kottages; Birch Bark, Driftwood and Pine Cone.
The Space
This 1st floor Kottage offers a modern and well-stocked kitchen, a separate dining room that seats 4-8, 1 very spacious, and a newly remodeled bathroom with soft water, a tub/shower and lots of toiletries. Guests also enjoy the privacy of two separate bedrooms. Also included is an inviting living room with furnishings that include an over-sized and comfortable sofa, electric fireplace, large television, a love seat with twin sleeper, and many more comforts.
Note: RR tracks/crossing nearby. Trains run, daily. none overnight or late at night. Busy street, but very quiet inside!

A 2 night minimum stay applies to reservations that include a Friday or Saturday. Exceptions are absolutely considered, so feel free to contact us.

The Space
This warm, loft-style space is located on the 2nd floor and has an open concept living room and kitchen separated by a quaint, eat-in peninsula with lots of windows and great views of neighboring green spaces.
Comfy furnishings include a sofa, 2 chairs and ottoman, an electric fireplace, large tv, and many more comforts. Both spacious bedrooms include 1 queen bed in each. The larger bedroom also an inflatable queen bed and floor space to allow for it.
The spacious bathroom offers a tub/shower surround, lots of natural lighting, tall ceilings, soft water, and many convenient toiletries.
